Your Role: Accountable for maintaining the Total Customer Satisfaction and protect the customers from Product Quality issues even after standard vehicle warranty expires. Conduct and identify classified Potential Safety and or Potential Regulatory issue that need a thorough analysis with deep examination to protect the customers who have not yet experienced the issue. Initiate a Pro-Active Field Action study and perform several rounds of Technical Meeting with the production team. Regular follow-up with the sales team and implement new system & processes on improving campaign completion ratio. Focus on conducting monthly meeting with sales/production team for TAKATA airbag campaign.
Must Have: 5+ years of experience in Automobile dealership as an Engineer. At least 1 year experience in managing Service Campaigns. Diploma/Bachelor of Mechanical or Automobile required. Solid experience of GCC Market. Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Must have a valid UAE driving license.
