Your Role: This role needs an incumbent who can be a "GAME CHANGER" work. The changing market conditions in Saudi Arabia require an agile mindset. You would carry 10+ years of quality experience within the fmcg industry . Key objective for the role would be to provide overall direction, leadership and development of strategies and plans for the achievement of sales targets for both traditional trade channel and away-from-home . Deliver revenue and volume targets for the traditional trade and /new channels by focusing on distribution, visibility, pricing, merchandising/ promotions. Defines the vision/mission for both channels and develops a 2-3 year road map. Carrying full ownership of trade funds management for traditional trade you would provide feedback to Key Accounts and Category Planning & Activation teams on innovative opportunities to further develop key customers business. Identification of tactical and strategic elements in the in-store presence picture of success. Formulate business building programs to support the superior in-market execution at point of sale. Managing a large team you should excellent man management abilities.
Role open for candidates either currently in Saudi Arabia or have prior experience in the market.
