What on your resume will make me sit up and take note?
If you have a strong mix of business development & distributor management
If you have multiple country experience
If your resume reflects a demonstrated track record in appointing or consolidating distributors / putting in in- store solutions which have reflected in positive "retailer behaviour " and have been able to do tactical optimization.
Must Haves: Graduate + MBA preferably.
At least 10+ years of sales / business development / trade marketing.
Strong commercial acumen as this is not just another sales job it requires high levels of strategic initiative and accountability.
