The reason for these qualities is simple...the business need is such that a safe pair of hands would not be ideal for the business, an HR professional who has worked at the helm of a large business, matrix environment and most importantly has driven change in previous employment and is competent to advice the senior management on strategic initiatives needed to keep the organization agile, is mature enough to bring upto speed certain areas which have been static .This outstanding brand is searching for a flamboyant individual with relevant HR experience who is looking for a challenging role and to be part of a growing team within a regionally recognized business. The individual will be prepared to be flexible and adaptive to a unique business and will have a strategic ability to get things done. At the same time, the successful candidate will be willing to have a “hands-on” approach and will be engaging with the staff across the business. The role of the HR Director will be to to provide best practice Employee Relations Advice and support to employees and Managers. Promote the implementation of best practice HR procedures and assist in developing the HR department to be delivering excellent service and business focused solutions.

Must Have: Arabic National ONLY. Deep and relevant HR experience is essential in a Retail/ Entertainment/ Restaurant/ Hospitality sector. The successful candidate would ideally have previously had multi-site experience. Comfortable in the selection of appropriate training providers and programs organization and coordination. Detail oriented, accurate conscientious and reliable. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Tact and discretion in dealing with confidential matters. Budgeting and reporting skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is an absolute must have.
