Our client, a global FMCG multinational giant is looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join their team based in Saudi Arabia.
The incumbent needs to be results driven individual who can drive change at the business level, help conceptualize, define, develop and deliver innovative route to market strategies, improve the Point of buying execution standards, defining and realigning best practices for distributor management, has deep insight into sales and distribution. Play a pivotal role in defining distributor selection criteria, setting the distribution strategies for the traditional trade channel. Drive implementation and distributor capabilities to achieve desired levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal fit would meet the below criteria:
Holding a qualification from a top university
An Arabic speaker
Currently based in in Saudi Arabia
Relevant traditional trade experience of at least 5-6 years with multinational consumer goods brand/s
