Our client a global name in the automotive industry is looking for a Dealer network Development Manager to put in place a strategy and to develop the dealer network in Levant & GCC. The prowess is to be able to develop the Retail network and ensure quality management. The incumbent would also be expected to conduct regular audits with dealers and accordingly make necessary recommendations to the management.

Every job has a unique differentiator in what it needs and what are the skills required to deliver to the agenda. This one most definitely needs an astute mind with 10+ years of experience in developing & managing the Retail Network, Ability to deal with ambiguity , be a calculated risk taker, can set up a team and deliver on stretch targets.

The challenge is to reach to the targeted geographies, develop & expand retail network, achieve national sales volume, market share, and profit objectives set according to the annual business plans by managing the sales partners & team in Levant & GCC. Deliver on market share and create a sustainable business in Levant & GCC.

Must have:

  • Business degree preferred, otherwise any graduate.
  • 5-9 years of work experience in developing dealer in automotive industry is must
  • Must be within the age bracket of 23 – 34 years
  • The incumbent needs to have aCan Do attitude and enthusiasm to handle duties beyond their scope if required.
