Job Description

Our Client: A leading international player in the FMCG space is investing heavily behind their expansion plans. That brings about the need to hire an astute well rounded professional from the food or beverage industry who will enjoy the roller coaster of setting up virtually a Greenfield and take it from concept to completion. You have all the excitement in the role that comes with having the manufacturing expansion/supply chain/sales and marketing under you.

Your Role:
You would be responsible for overall health of the Business with respect to Market Share, Sales Value & Volume and Profits. Developing the Business Plan and Financial Budgets and Targets for the Business Unit and firming up the departmental plans in respect of Sales, Marketing, Factory, SCM and Finance. To contract for Exports Sales/Manufacturing/Domestic Sales, as needed, on agreed margins and transfer prices. To drive efficiencies in Operations by benchmarking costs with other companies .For new product development and introductions. For ensuring periodic review of performance within the Business against pre-agreed Targets / KRAs / Indicators To Lead, Guide, Coach immediate team of Sales, Marketing, Factory, SCM and Finance Heads to deliver the business results. For market share and positioning of new products. For ensuring that the laws of the land are followed in respect of business transactions, employment, safety, health and environment.

To be directly accountable for development of employees reporting to him and next level.

Must Have:
20+ yrs. of qualitative well rounded experience in sales / marketing and should be currently managing P&L for the last 5 years ...and have an awesome track record in being a market disruptor...
