Our Client: A leading consumer goods multinational client is looking for a Sales Manager to manage their Dry and Wet Hair business in Ghana

Your Role: You will be responsible for developing the Accra market and managing the sales. Successful candidate will be involved in developing the sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the region. Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region. Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region. Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures relating to the region are properly implemented to support the sales teams in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets

Must Have: A graduation degree and a proven experience of sales in the region. The desired profile MUST be more a sales person than a manager. Selling will be the key point to grow in the company and develop the department
