Your Role: The Senior HR Generalist position provides day-to-day and strategic human resource generalist consultation to associates and managers. The position will serve as a critical member of the team responsible to support the HR function for assigned divisions or functions across the Gulf and Pakistan markets. This position will partner closely with HR Business Partners to successfully implement and drive HR initiatives.
This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and reports into the HR Head, MENA Market

Must Haves:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related area
  • 5-7 years of human resource generalist experience working with multinational companies
  • Good working knowledge of GCC Employment Laws. Fluent in both English and Arabic
  • 2 years of overall recruitment experience ideally in a multi-site (or multi-country) environment within a Sales, Chemical Engineering or Industrial environment.Customer service focused, superior communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Strong organizational, time and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop action plans and implement solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills to make recommendations & decisions based on solid assumptions, Results-oriented, adaptable with proven drive & follow-through in a fast paced, results driven environment
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting,Critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills balanced with creativity
