Our Client: A leading multinational playing in a niche segment is looking to expand their operations in Turkey.
Your Role: As someone who has an envious track record of delivering and developing best in class sales organizations, you would be responsible for building the sales and distribution capability in the Turkey market...Carrying an in-depth understanding of the sales strategies, category strategies, regional priorities and the local market circumstances. Based on this knowledge and functional expertise you would lead the development and implementation of focused, highly effective annual sales plans that will ensure delivery of the annual objectives. You will establish and develop the most effective RTM strategy to maximize the market potential. The complete attack plan and company footprint will be built by you ground up! In the initial months, you will be required to be an effective "all rounder". Main focus will be to develop and implement a winning regional commercial strategy to enable achievement of growth ambition. Design right in-market organisation structures which also effectively leverages the centralized support model to enable delivery of strategy. Own the regional P&L for all regional customers, managing to agreed Sales targets, GM and Operating Profit targets
Must Have: 10+ years of Sales experience (all channels) in Turkey, trade marketing/marketing exp. is a plus!
Highly preferable will be the experience of building new brands or leading growing companies in Turkey at leadership level
