Our Client: A leading Global FMCG Group is looking for a seasoned professional who can "act as a gearbox" and bring together all the commercial functions to drive the bottom line.
Your Role: The position involves looking at the internal strengths of the organization across a diverse geography and creating an integrated approach factoring the external influences and current trends in the consumer goods industry. You would reevaluate the current go to market strategy versus the business / channels and customer. Provide the leadership while working closely with other business units to design / implement and drive the process and most importantly put a strategy or road map for the business for the next 3-5 years.
The whole nine yards from cobbling together a strat plan based on the organization’s strengths & potential scope for additional revenue to putting a team together that would execute the vision.
Must Have: I will be happy to discuss further details with shortlisted candidates. Please bear in mind that you need to be from the consumer goods / food & beverage arena and have substantial depth at an operational and strategic level...Hands on role...with a skin team to start with.
