Our Client: Our client is a leading Beverage manufacturing, production and distribution company in KSA. They are an excellent company to work for with a strong reputation in leading global brands. They are urgently looking to bring on board an HR Manager to join their team in Jeddah.
Your Role: Main purpose of the role will be to oversee the implementation of recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relationship, HR administration, terminations, government services and other support services to enable the organization to meet its manpower objectives and to run the business in compliance with the Saudi labor law. Ensure recruitment processes meet organization needs as per approved organization structure in a timely and cost effective manner to ensure a pool of suitable candidates are readily available for selection. Monitor and advice on achievement of Saudisation targets agreed, through coordination with all department heads, the Recruitment function and third party recruitment agencies. Resolve any internal or external human relations issues and employee grievances as referred by management or staff. Prepare, gain approval and monitor HR annual operation budget. Implement, maintain and administer HR policy and procedures as approved by HR Director, and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law. Manage Government services required by employees and company to meet the business and individual requirements. Maintain ongoing relationship with third party services suppliers to provide medical, social insurance and other HR services. Recruit, develop, train and manage staff to promote multi-tasking and cross functional skills, and comply with policies in order to meet operational requirements.
Must Have: 8 to 10 years of experience with a graduate degree in any discipline in HR with at least 4 years at a management level and business processes with exposure to local market conditions. Considerable knowledge of Saudi labor law with practical experience. Good Interpersonal, and leadership skills is essential. Only Saudi nationals to be considered for the role.
