Our Client: A global name in the automotive industry.
Your Role: You would be responsible for supporting the product quality activity in the Gulf region. Conduct and identify technical concerns in the market and incidents through field visits. Coordinate & communicate with the manufacturers for countermeasure action needed for reported incidents on products & communicate results to respective markets through technical bulletins in shortest possible lead-time. Evaluate and investigate initial quality concerns, build quality & performance of all pre-launch and after start of sales vehicles and take necessary corrective actions.
Must Have: 2+ years of experience in Automobile dealership as an Engineer. At least 1 year experience in managing Quality incident reporting. Diploma/Bachelor of Mechanical or Automobile required. Solid experience of G CC Market. Proficient in MS Office
