Our Client: A leading Multinational is looking to bring on board a Market Development Manager to join their in team in United Arab Emirates.
Your Role: Reporting into the General Manager, the aim of this role is growing the business across Middle East North Africa region. The incumbent would be responsible for driving business in different channels, provide sales leadership, Navigate the Business Development team, Coaching the team and deliver leadership level sales skills. The role would carry a P/L management responsibility, along with planning, Forecasting, Managing distributor, Insights, Business Development and team Management.
