Our Client : is a well-established and reputed organization in the food/beverage segment. With the entertainment channel opening up in the Kingdom there is a need to strategically build the HORECA trade.
Your Role : You would be responsible for establishing the organization as a long-term supplier with National Key accounts by developing, maintaining and expanding strong customer working relationships at multiple levels and functions. You would also ensure that global agreements with international chains are executed with the required due diligence and aligned with the global strategy. Develop a strategy for the long and medium term based on the market dynamics , ensure stakeholder alignment and of course execution being the key . Ensure that appropriate resources and actions are recommended to address customer-based issues including competitive threats, product and service complaints, and information discrepancies. Identify and recommend new technologies and new market opportunities.Work closely with the RTM teams to optimize efficiencies in the system. Managing a team you should be able to gain market share across the various channels of the segment.
The position is open for overseas candidates as long as you bring in strategic abilities and depth in execution + food service segment. 15+ plus years of experience in strategic account planning and execution is preferred. Knowledge of C-Store, Food Service, and/or National Accounts. Prior experience in dealing the C suite is essential
