Job Description

Our Client: Our client is a leading FMCG company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. With a large focus on Beverage manufacturing, production and distribution they are an excellent company to work for with a strong reputation and leading global brands. They are looking to add a Human Resource Business Partner to manage their Business requirements with a view to enhance their human capability. In addition, act as a HR partner to enable the business to perform at an optimum level achieving the goals for HR as well the business as a whole.

Your Role: Your main responsibility will include to Drive and implement the HR strategy to deliver business goals.Implement strategies, policies and processes which help employees and the business to achieve high levels of performance while working as an internal HR Consultant to matters relating to employees. In addition to the above you will be responsible for Talent Identification, Acquisition and management to improve the existing manpower potential of the organization along with the coordination with Shared Services and Expertise Team to deliver efficient and effective HR services to the business. Improving the performance of the employees at all levels of the business through implementation of tools and systems developed by the expertise team and drive the performance agenda will be a part of your KPI’s

Must Have: 8 – 10 years of experience in HR with 4 years’ minimum in a managerial capacity with a graduate degree in HR management or Business preferably with an MBA in HR

Excellent communication and presentation skills, bilingualism strongly preferred

Background in FMCG or Beverage industry preferred.
