Your role: We do it differently ! Let us tell you where the job will take you ........Hiring a potential Head of Sales who should currently be at the Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager level within a blue chip fmcg in Saudi. In effect we are looking for high potentials /Listers who are highly promotable in a growing / assertive environment . You need to come in with a strong mix of modern trade / traditional and distributor management . Holistic well rounded experience is essential as you lead the charge for the West and South region ..managing multiple distributors and the key accounts. The company has shown double digit growth for 2017 inspite of the adverse market conditions ..they are category captains on certain skus and a close second on many others.

Since it is a growing business you need to double hat and along with the Business Development agenda drive and manage the distributor work force as well. With deep understanding of the operational expertise required for different regions your ability to think strategically and above amp; beyond the ROI only is important. The client is seeking someone who will eventually grow within the organziation so let us say we are looking to hire a potential Sales Head who should currently be at a Sales Manager or a Regional Sales Manager level. That is why we are stressing on your ability to think strategically , your ability to build a sustainable business and more importantly build a capable team. Managing the business volumes you would look at the market penetration through Route to market, execution, distributor management.

Must have:

  • Graduate with experience in fmcg sales / modern and traditional trade .
  • Channel Sales, Distribution excellence, Product Launch, Business Planning, Trade Marketing, Channel Management, Pricing Excellence, New Business Development and of course growing your people.

  • Success doesn’t come easy so we are looking at somebody who can take that kind of pressure & can understand “Rome was not build in a day”
  • Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Arabic would be advantageous
