Your Role: We are looking for a ROOKIE RECRUITER! All you need to bring to the table is a degree, high EQ, a great sense of humor (it is a must have to survive a recruiting career), you should have a passion for sport/music...any one hobby that is a driving passion. If you are a voracious reader that would be a major plus. Since we are looking for freshers to relative freshers we don’t expect a lot of material on your resume...what your cover letter/resume should reflect are the qualities enumerated above.
Your role would encompass working on research and talent mapping...across multiple geographies. We would coach and mentor and bring you up to speed…you need to have the ability to devour information and work smart to deliver results.
Be warned...recruitment is long hours so if you are looking for a work life balance at this age and stage this role won’t be the right one for you!
Must Have: Candidates with 0-2 years of experience max. You should be based in the UAE currently.
