Our Client: A well-established organization in the Food Service industry is looking to get on board a System Administrator.
Your Role: Reporting to the IT Head you would be accountable for the technical support for both hardware and software configuration and issues. Manage Virtualization environment (Vsphere 6.5, Hyper-V), monitor data storage such as SAN, NAS, DAS and maintain CISCO VOIP system. Install, configure and maintain MS Windows environment (Windows server, SQL, Exchange, MS Office 365 etc.). Manage Layer 2 & Layer 3 infrastructure (routers, switches, AP, firewall). Ensure with the IT team on applying the backup and disaster recovery procedure. Work with the team on IT documentation. Oversee on going improvements and the feasibility of system enhancements.
Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field or equivalent work experience.
A combination of 3-5 years of experience in IT Administration, Helpdesk Support.
Ability to manage high priority projects.
Advanced problem solving troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision.
Experience working with WAN/LAN, VOIP and Networking Equipment, Firewall, Active Directory, Enterprise Antivirus Software, Cloud Software, Security Technologies etc.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
