|Job Description||Our Client: A reputed regional player in the region is looking for a Regional Sales Manager.|
Your Role: You would come with an enviable track record extensive in direct sales, managing distributors, customer marketing, handling high profile negotiation with key accounts, increasing distribution, market share and building internal capability to meet the growth in the market. Managing and aligning distributors, developing and executing the business plan, having ownership of the budget and carrying the P&L responsibility. You will be responsible for managing distributors in LEVANT & Pakistan.
Must Have: Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years’ experience in FMCG industry probably from food or beverage background. Since our client has a very open , value based and empowered culture they like to hire people who are calculated risk takers, open to challenging status quo for business betterment, can think in and out of the box, most importantly can work independently and do not require micro management. Strong mix of distributor management + trade marketing. Since the role requires frequent travel to Pakistan, Pakistani nationals preferred.
