Our Client: A leading food manufacturer in Saudi Arabia.
Your Role: The incumbent will manage all the channels of trade in order to generate growth and profitability within the assigned region. Deliver and execute plan via the Field Sales team to achieve set targets in distribution, volume and share. Lead your team with effective coaching and training and really build their capability. Reviewing and analyzing the sales force achievements, Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through more coverage, promotional activities, range extensions or merchandising changes would be the primary responsibilities.
Must Have: A Track record of managing the Traditional/Wholesale/Modern Trade. At least 15+ years’ Sales in the FMCG sector Man-management experience is required. You'll have experience leading a large sales team that is diverse across channels and categories. You need to be able to display high levels of commercial acumen as it will be essential that you create tangible results by being planned and organised in executing strategic plans.
