Job Description

Our Client: A leading automotive MNC are looking to bring on board a HR Analyst to assist the team with the ongoing projects related to compensation & benefits, payroll & employee relations by providing the required reports & analytics to make operational decisions to ensure overall success.

Your Role: Key accountabilities include to support in Payroll Processing (supporting an external Vendor) and compiling payroll reports and maintaining records, tabulate exemptions, deductions, additions and payroll changes into payroll system (Workday / SAP) & External Vendors file. Work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. Import large scale changes from spreadsheets to the HR system; perform necessary audit to ensure all data is imported accurately & ensure data integrity. Administer the company benefit programs to include enrolling new employees, processing changes/terminations, invoice preparation and payments.

Must Have: 2-4 years with experience handling as Compensation / Payroll / Workforce Planning

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Hand on experience on SAP / Workday. Working knowledge of any HRIS system will be a plus.

Implementation knowledge would be plus

Ability to work as a part of a team and individually.

Excellent working knowledge of Excel

Strong in analysis (Look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.)

Attention to Detail is important as incumbent will be handling huge amounts of data
