Your Role: The role requires a professional who comes with 12-15 years of experience of holistic which would encompass stints in shopper marketing, key account management and preferably market development as well. We are in effect we are looking for high potentials /Listers who are highly promotable in a growing / assertive environment.
That is why we are stressing on your ability to think strategically , your ability to build a sustainable business and more importantly build a capable team. Managing the business volumes you would look at the market penetration through Route to market, execution, distributor management. Your skill set should be as follows - Channel Sales, Distribution excellence, Product Launch, Business Planning, Trade Marketing, Channel Management, Pricing Excellence, New Business Development and of course growing your people
Must Have: Candidates must have a minimum Degree in Business Administration, Masters Qualification preferred, and have a minimum 10+ years’ experience in sales and distribution with a business development role in managing quality brands in the FMCG/Telecom/Consumer electronics / Consumer durable sector.
