Job Description Our Client: A global name in the FMCG segment, they have ambitious growth plans for the region

Your Role: You will manage sales and distribution for Angola and will be responsible for net sales, profit, market share, receivables, and in-store execution within his designated area; managing sales through the distributor. Developing sales plans, activities, and campaigns and managing the day to day field sales operations, leading the sales forecast and budgets, negotiating with existing and new customers; and contributing eventually to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies within his area of responsibility would be the additional tasks.

Must Have: Since our client has a very open, value based and empowered culture they like to hire people who are calculated risk takers, open to challenging status quo for business betterment, can think in and out of the box, most importantly can work independently and do not require micro management. Ability to take decisions based on data and market knowledge is essential. Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years’ experience in FMCG industry. Strong mix of distributor management + trade marketing. Passionate and self driven sales professional with extensive experience (minimum 8 years) in the FMCG industry preferably within multinationals would be mandatory - for starters. Angola experience mandatory for the role.
