The Sales Solution Engineer (SE) will work alongside Sales Executives, as part of the Sales Team to explain the specifications and features of a specific product or service to existing or potential customers, with the goal of making a sale. The Sales Solution Engineer is an integral part of the sales organization and assists the sales team with technical knowledge and presentations. The Sales Solution Engineer works closely with sales executives, prospects and partners as a subject-matter technical expert to demonstrate how our clients GRC solutions meets and exceeds customer requirements.


Participate in customer pre-sales meetings and determine functional and technical requirements

Assist with the presentation of the demonstration on proposed solution to key customer stakeholders for validation and buy-in

Answer to RFI/RFQ/RFP together with Sales Executives and Sales Operations

Provide assistance to other Sales Solution Engineers on standard customer engagements

Participate in meeting with Sales Solution Architect(s) and Professional Services to ensure effective knowledge transfer of solution

Maintain demo system(s) configuration

Manage delivery and support of trial accounts and proof of concepts

Work with internal teams to gain knowledge of all products and services, outline benefits and limitations and present material appropriately to new prospects

Participate in trade shows, conferences and events

Travel, as needed, to industry events, prospect and partner sites

Maintain an in-depth level of technical and industry knowledge through ongoing training, seminars and certifications through ongoing training, seminars and certifications.


8+ years’ experience in sales engineering or presales

Previous experience selling/demonstrating GRC/Risk Assessment software solutions.

History of meeting and or exceeding sales quotas.
