Job Title: Strategic Alliance Manager

Location: Remote

Summary:

In this highly visible role, the Strategic Alliance Manager will develop, service, and grow relationships with assigned System Integrator/Advisory partners. Provide leadership within the company and assigned partners to expand and enhance lucrative partnerships through professional relationships, ongoing training and education, and other activities to support lead generation and sales opportunity pursuits.

 

Job Description:

Serves as the key point of contact and manages the day to day activities between the company and assigned System Integrator/Advisory partners:

Develops and maintains relationships with key partner contacts

Creates and implements strategies to drive lead creation and opportunity generation

Coordinates briefings, joint market-facing and other contact acquisition activities with partners and prepares required materials

Gathers customer references, testimonials and case studies specific by partner

Liaises with internal implementation and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction during onboarding and ongoing servicing

Responds to direct partner inquiries and coordinates with appropriate RSM’s

Monitors CRM activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of entries and provides insights into trends

Leads sales enablement activities with assigned partners

Evaluates partner results and revises approach or recommends changes to partner structure locally and more broadly

Identifies potential new partners, assesses fit and recommends course of action

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of the global payroll/HCM/PEO market

5+ years related experience in relevant industry

5+ years related experience working in sales/relationship building or consulting positions

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills

Relationship building skills

Analytical skills

Familiarity with CRM and other supporting tools and technologies
