Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Technician for a 12 month contract with the possibility to convert to a full time role in Tempe, AZ.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for fielding customer calls and opening repair tickets.
  • Monitoring and resolving the proactive tickets for customer sites
  • Providing technical support for site repairs.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of technical customer call center experience
  • Cisco, Cisco Meraki certifications are a plus
  • Candidates must be willing and able to work all shifts
