Job Description

We are seeking a SEO/ServiceNow Knowledge Manager for a 6+ month fully REMOTE contract with a Fortune 50 company. `

Essential responsibilities of the Personnel in this role will include but is not limited to:
a. Develop Search Engine Optimization framework in ServiceNow
b. Make continuous improvements to Search Engine Optimization in ServiceNow
c. Audit of current knowledge content to ensure findability
d. Utilize HTML coding to create content style and functionality
e. Design user experience and develop business requirements to enhance knowledge management
f. Identify special techniques to improve content findability

Additional Skills:
ServiceNow administration
Technical writing

Experience with ServiceNow administration and SEO
Ability to teach search engine optimization to others

Scope for Request: To assist with a project to optimize search engine optimization in ServiceNow.
