Job Description

We are seeking an Entry Level Enterprise Sales Associate for a 3+ month contract-to-hire opportunity in Omaha.

The candidate must be located within 30 minutes of Omaha.

Full training and mentorship is provided.

Pay rate: $30/hour W2, with the goal of converting you to the client's full-time staff at a base of up to 55k, plus commissions.
Hours: 9am - 6pm

The Role:

As an Entry Level Enterprise Sales Associate, you will be responsible for prospecting, face-to-face, in a high-activity sales model. You will manage and develop a sales funnel and proactively monitor sales activity against assigned quota. You will provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both internal and external.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sharing business solutions with members of the community in a door-to-door sales approach. This includes having energy, knowledge, and ability to overcome concerns and questions from customers.
  • Ability to learn the Tech industry and speak with ease and comfort about the many solutions and offerings. Training will be provided.
  • You will continue to receive training, feedback, and advice from industry leaders throughout your career and there are many chances to apply those skills in careers throughout the Company.
  • Demonstrate your expertise in customer service by wowing each customer with each transaction.
  • Even if the neighbor is not or elects not to be a customer, we want them to leave the conversation with a great feeling about the business and the amazing team that works here.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain mileage/expense reports and share back weekly reports of your progress.

What We Look for in a Candidate

  • Possess excellent communication skills and can develop and deliver meaningful and concise presentations, as a majority of this role will be going outside talking to potential customers.
  • Possess a strong knowledge to overcome customer objections.
  • Ability to analyze, comprehend, and translate numbers and reporting into actionable plans to meet or exceed monthly sales quota.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required.
