Summary:

 

Our rapidly growing client is seeking driven sales professionals.  You must have a passion for hunting and the desire to work for a rapidly growing enterprise technology company.  Our client’s solution offers a simple integration into SAP to connect front-end usability with back-end power.  They also offer a fast and inexpensive integration of SAP and Salesforce.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Responsible for building and leading a sales territory to achieve YOY growth objectives

 

Develops and leads operations process for all new and existing clients

 

Exceptional pulse on the market relative to Salesforce.com

 

An approachable, empowering, and open-minded leader who successfully manages and guides sales process; identifying and developing key opportunities

 

Proven ability to initiate, develop, and maintain meaningful and productive relationships with clients

 

Entrepreneurial attitude; a professional looking for financial/professional growth

 

Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of client retention

 

Passionate experience for social tools and new technology

 

Accountable for new logo revenue, organic growth, quality of service and client satisfaction as well as the company's operating model and performance

 

Alignment to client’s core values, mission, and vision

 

Good networker (tied into the “rumor mill or inner circle”) - knows what is happening in the market before it hits the net/papers 

 

Speaks knowledgably about key businesses in the community and their challenges, strategies, etc.

 

A “self-starter” who can plan and execute without step by step guidance

 

Requirements:

 

History of meeting and exceeding sales quotas

Experience selling Enterprise Applications and/or SaaS solutions at a high-level

 

National and/or Global relationships

 

Strong Salesforce background and network

 

Start-up experience

 

Integration technology experience is a plus but not required

 

Specific SAP experience is a positive

 

SaaS experience essential

 

Enterprise selling essential

 

Advanced degree is a plus

 

Familiar with commercial legal terms to help facilitate contract reviews and negotiations.

 

Ability to translate technical value into business value to high-level executives.
