A high-growth, specialty drug company is expanding and adding an A.D. of Oncology Marketing to their commercial team. This position covers a new product with multiple clinical trials underway and will have a PDUFA date next year. They now need a strategic marketer to help build the brand strategy and launch readiness. The Opportunity
The A.D. will develop and execute the U.S. strategy for this multibillion-dollar product. It’s a pipeline within a product, going after multiple indications to treat a variety of solid tumors. This is a highly collaborative role that will work cross functionally with colleagues and their global alliance partner.

The A.D. will also provide strategic input to the field marketing, and upstream and downstream marketing teams. The position has a high level of visibility and will have exposure to senior leadership. This is a ground floor opportunity and will expose the candidate to developing and leading the launch readiness strategy as well as the lead and subsequent indications. Their rapidly expanding organization means there are significant opportunities for career development and advancement.

• 10+ years of oncology marketing in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Solid tumor marketing experience.
• Strategic or multiple promotional roles, having deliverables, and influencing others.
• Bachelor's degree or better; MBA or MPH preferred

The industry-leading compensation plan includes a highly competitive base salary plus incentive-plan bonus, restricted stock units and an opportunity for stock options.

This position will be based in the Mid-Atlantic; full relocation assistance is available.
