We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist for a 6-month contract role (potential to convert) in Mansfield, OH. The position will be remote to begin, but will be on-site if/when the office opens up.
- Accomplish multiple tasks and cross train for all complex support functions using our billing and work-delivery systems
- Support all internal and external customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and handle customer issues, with upwards of 35 calls per day
- 1+ Years of customer service experience
- Strong PC skills
- Call-Center experience or phone
