Job Description:

 

·         Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in the Oracle OTM ecosystem

 

·         Oversee and manage a team of Business Executives typically spanning an assigned territory focusing on the Oracle ecosystem.

 

·         Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

 

·         Identify valuable emerging markets

 

·         Accurately forecast future sales and form sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace

 

·         Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions

 

·         Maximize company profit

 

·         Foresee and avoid stagnation in the marketplace

 

·         Form sales strategies

 

  • Responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Business Development Executives.

 

Requirements:

 

·         A Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing or related subject and/or a minimum of 10 years outside b2b sales experience with a heavy emphasis in the Oracle ecosystem focused on consulting and services sales.

 

·         Proven track record of effective leadership which includes strong strategic thinking and people management skills

 

·         Strong negotiation and facilitation abilities to close sales deals successfully

 

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills to establish immediate credibility at all levels, inside and outside the organization.

 

·         Detail oriented, analytical with the ability to multi task.

 

·         MBA

 

·         Previous software experience specifically in OTM
