Job Description A phenomenal, full-time opening has come available for a Finance/ Accounting Coordinator to join a cutting-edge, employee-oriented organization that has been in business for over 100 years. This position would operate from the Hawthorne, CA area; within a short drive of the endless “hot spots” and exciting attractions located in in Los Angeles.

The Finance/ Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for:
  • Assisting in the management of all accounting related functions including: Payroll, Invoicing, Credit, Collections, Monthly Commission Calculations, Audits, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
  • Some minor HR responsibilities including: Assist with All Aspects of Onboarding/ Off Boarding, Anniversaries, Assisting with Time Clock Management, Maintaining Employee Review Forms

Preferred skill/ experiences include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a finance role
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems – preferable Sage
  • Experience working with multiple currencies/ countries simultaneously is a MAJOR PLUS
  • Finance/ HR responsibilities from a consumer goods environment is a MUST
