Production Supervisor

An outstanding, full-time opportunity has become available for a Production Supervisor to join an innovative cutting-edge contract-manufacturing facility. Production Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Ensure all labor and equipment/machinery resources are delegated and utilized efficiently to meet scheduled deadlines for consumer expectations.
• Assist in keeping communication lines open between warehouse and maintenance divisions to make sure production areas are running efficiently.
• As a lead/supervisor, make sure that all safety policies in accordance with GMP regulations are being followed.
• Mentor other production members on the line in advancing leadership skills.
• Collaborate with other division leaders in enhancing overall business production.
• Ensure Quality and compliance is adhered to for consumer orders.
• Ability to have coverage for second shift lead when/if the night shift lead is out for continuity purposes.

Required work experience includes:

• 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in a regulated manufacturing environment as a team lead.

• Extensive experience in manufacturing and production capacities.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel and Access, and other MRP software

• Proficient/Bilingual with Spanish

Preferred skill/ experiences include:

• Previous experience with FDA regulations in personal care

Required education/ licenses include:

• Associate’s Degree in a related field.
