RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your primary task is to create a positive relationship with the employer’s customers as you professionally provide residential hvac OR plumbing services as per your expertise. Make each customer experience outstanding for its customers.
Maintain, repair, and perform diagnostics on home equipment.
Educate customers on the operation of their equipment as it pertains to water treatment and plumbing.
Contribute to the growth of your Company’s brand through offerings of the Company’s products and services
Contribute to the Company’s high standards of health and safety.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
COMPENSATION:
Houirly rates are very competitive and based on a 37.5 hour week. Rates are set and determined within the collective agreement. Everyone is treated equally. Minimum 37.5 hours is guaranteed.
Overtime may be available. Paid from hour 45 and up (per week).
Benefits are on a 50/50 cost share basis with health and dental available immediately.
An RRSP plan is available after 6 months.
2 weeks vacation is prorated for the first year.
