Proficiency in the use of NGEN tools, NMCI Enterprise Tool Requirement to Process Tool
eMarket place, and Hewlett-Packard Service Manager

Experience with NMCI Moves, Adds, Changes types and NMCI CLIN structures

·
Troubleshooting end-user layer I/II networking issues

·
Knowledge of DoD/DON Information Assurance principles and procedures

·
Advise customers on the ordering of technical solutions, hardware and software

·
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

·
Able to lift 40 lbs and relocate various IT equipmen
