Webuild (www.webuildstaffing.com ) is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the development of multi-family development projects throughout the Chico, Paradise and Redding Marketplaces.
The ideal individual would have 10+ years of construction project management experience, with at least 5 years of dedicated experience within multi-family, senior living and mixed-use development projects. Experienced in assessing construction schedules, developing scopes of work, budgets, processing change orders, RFI’s, managing vendor relationships and overseeing construction and inspections for successful project deliverables is required.
The Project Manager would be directing onsite construction for projects; responsible for direction of project activities from rough grade through closeout. This would include managing single or multiple ongoing projects throughout the Northern California region. Must have the capabilities to direct construction schedules, RFI’s, submittals, materials procurement, personnel hiring/firings, quality control and inspections for successful completion of mid-rise / podium style multi-family / mixed-use developments. Average project scope of work will range from $10 to $50 million.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration and/or related industry experience. Must have strong construction management, verbal and written communication abilities. MS Office suite and Project experience desired.
