Position: Audit Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC

About the Company: Our client is a global accounting firm dedicated to delivering top-tier auditing and tax services specializing in US-International Businesses.

Job Overview: As an Audit Manager at our client's firm, you will play a dynamic role, offering both auditing and tax services to predominantly US-Inbound International Businesses. Your primary responsibilities will include managing multiple engagements, actively participating in audit proposals, and building strong client relationships to become their trusted business advisor. Clients span various industries, with a focus on manufacturing, distribution, and technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in team management, including the training and professional development of staff.
• Proactively participate in audit proposals and play a key role in the integration of new clients.
• Foster strong client relationships with the aim of becoming their trusted business consultant.
• Recognize opportunities for cross-selling within client interactions.
• Assume responsibility for the management of audit engagements and the supervision of other attestation projects.
• Supervise the preparation of financial statements adhering to US GAAP standards.
• Function as a component auditor in a group audit scenario, overseeing related group reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

• 3—5 years of current experience in public accounting.
• CPA license.
• Preferred experience with CCH Axcess & ProSystem fx Engagement.
