About you
To be considered, you will need:

• 10+ years of project management experience or 5+ years with a recognized certification.
• Strong expertise in scope management, risk management, and project planning.
• Experience developing project artifacts, including charters, critical paths, RACI matrices, and interdepartmental work plans.
• Ability to review and leverage existing program documentation to create structured project plans.
• Proficiency in tracking project progress using dashboards, metrics, and status updates.
• Knowledge of departmental project management methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to convey risks, recommend solutions, and contribute to management meetings.
• Experience in developing reporting documentation to support funding requests.
• Ability to contribute to program materials, guidance documents, and instructional forms.

About the role
If hired, you will:

• Develop and manage key project documentation, including risk management plans, project charters, and scope management frameworks.
• Review existing program planning materials and integrate them into project deliverables.
• Create project status updates using dashboards and relevant performance metrics.
• Apply departmental project management methodologies and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Participate in project meetings, providing insights and updates on project management activities.
• Identify project risks related to scope, time, and budget and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support the PSPC Cyber Security Secretariat in preparing reports and securing funding.
• Assist in the development of program guidance, instructional materials, and other key documents.
