Large National business software and services company seeks a rep that has called on commercial business accounts to sell new business accounts and take care of customer issues with existing business.  This person would call on set accounts and keep them happy and when the time was right they would also present new services and or products that would bring value to the customer.  This sales person would also call on new business accounts to develop new business as well.  This person would have to be good at customer care issues and cold calling to develop new accounts.  The right person would have to have the kind of a personality that wares well with existing customers but at the same time have that "Eye of the Tiger" Hunter mentality. This position will also require a lot technical language and understanding skills but be able to present it to someone that does not have tech skills and make them feel comfortable, so that they will be able to embrace and use the software to bring value to the company.  The right candidate would have to be willing to study and learn new technology and be able to figure out who would benefit from it in the commercial marketplace. Technical presentation skills to non-technical audiences will be the norm.  Someone would have to be able to manage a customer cue with several customers at different stages of a long term sales cycle and be able to move between different levels of sales cycle processes with ease.  The right person will have to be very organized and plan full and be able to use a CRM system to keep them on the right track.  To be successful using a CRM system the sales person has to be committed to filling in all the detail of each customer, that means the sales person needs to be detail oriented.  Salary of 55k + commission to 90k first year.  Great company benefits.
