Job Description
Develop and implement inclusive feminist-informed monitoring methodologies
Facilitate in-person and virtual data collection processes, including group-based reflection, analysis, and validation sessions with grantee partners
Design and lead in-person monitoring sessions that enable collective learning, validation of findings, and co-creation of recommendations
Coordinate participant engagement and on-the-ground arrangements required to deliver in-person monitoring activities
Produce analytical reports that synthesize findings, lessons learned, and application pathways
Subcontracting and Local Engagement Clause
The Contractor may engage local consultants or firms, as required, to support the delivery of monitoring activities.
The use of local consultants is expected to be context-dependent and may be required primarily for in-country monitoring engagement(s) where local knowledge, coordination, or logistical support is essential.
Subcontracted services may include technical support, data collection, facilitation of inclusive processes, stakeholder coordination, and logistical assistance.
The Contractor remains fully responsible for the quality and delivery of all work performed by subcontractors

The bidder must include in their proposal an Flexible Grid of the TSPS, duly completed, which demonstrates that the proposed resource meets the requirements of a Senior Project Monitor (minimum 60 points) in accordance with the flexible grid of the project management services section, project tracking category (3.9) of the task and solution-based professional services procurement arrangement.
Note: Canada will only consider programs of study completed and successfully passed by the resource by the bid closing date. If the diploma, degree, or certificate was issued by an educational institution located outside Canada, the bidder must provide a copy of the results from the credential evaluation and recognition service issued by an agency or organization recognized by the Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials (CICIC). If the bidder has not included the Canadian equivalency in their bid, it will be declared non-compliant. |

The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource, Senior Project Monitor Consultant have obtained one of the Relevant Education indicated below:
Master’s degree in gender studies, social sciences, development studies, public policy, or a related field, or; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with equivalent professional certification experience in gender equality, facilitation, feminist analysis, or participatory monitoring and evaluation can be considered |
