Job Description

Our government client is seeking a Business Analyst. This remote role requires an Enhanced Reliability security clearance and involves supporting a digital platform modernization initiative.

About you

To be considered, you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IM/IT business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in large-scale transformation projects with multi-step business processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (including Power Apps, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, MS Teams, and Azure DevOps).
  • Expertise in process modeling and workflow analysis.
  • Strong ability to document and analyze business requirements, test scenarios, and test cases.
  • Experience in user story development and requirements traceability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • French is considered an asset.

About the role

If hired, you will:

  • Draft business requirements and develop business process models.
  • Facilitate business process workshops and define workflows.
  • Develop and execute test cases to validate business requirements.
  • Support user story development and define business rules.
  • Ensure full traceability of requirements across the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in change impact analysis and change control activities.
  • Contribute to process optimization and system standardization.
  • Provide input in design reviews to identify potential risks and improvements.
