1. Develop a detailed sales plan which identifies targeted industries and clients.
2. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and explorig opportunities.
3. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financial; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
4. Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partner's needs and goals.
5. Closes new business deals bu coordinating requirement; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
6. Responsible for all the bidding process through delegating activities and then reviewing the pricing and document to be submitted as well as ensuring submission on time.
7. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
8. Publications, maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
9. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accommplishments.
10. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
11. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

13. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

15. Developing quotes and proposal for clients, ensuring timely submission of the tenders.
16. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
17. Ensuring that the department is in compliance to all Authority requirements.
18. Planning and preparing presentations and communicating service or product to perspective clients.
19. Overseeing the development of marketing literature, writing reports and providing management with feedback.
20. Provide all required information to a different team members to facilitate their goal achievement.
21. Implement SOP for all areas of commercial activities and oversee quality documentation is maintained at all times.
22. Responsible for driving revenue and ensuring targets are met consistently as established during the budgeting process.
23. Responsible for employees performance management in line with KPI's set for the department.
24. Prepare weekly reports, Project Pipeline, win/loss ration for Business Development Department.
5. Propose and plan employee engagement and motivational initiatives.
26. To comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 1801 Policies and Procedures.
27. Follow up meetings with Existing Clients to check service delivery.
28. Follow up with Internal Departments as appropriate to provide required information for tender submissions
29. Comply with Internal Audit observations and provide the supporting documents to close audit points on time.
30. Any other tasks as required by the management.

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
2. 5-8 years Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
5. Excellent organizational skills.
6. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handles uncertainty.
7. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
8. Proficient in using CRM software
