As Creative Business Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the creative vision and business strategy of the organization. You will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of creative and client servicing professionals, fostering collaboration, and developing innovative solutions that elevate our clients' events. This role requires a unique blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and business acumen.

Job Role:

  • Provide visionary leadership for the creative team, inspiring and guiding them to develop groundbreaking experiential concepts.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, ensuring the continuous evolution of our creative capabilities.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to drive growth.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives, brand identity, and event goals.
  • Lead client presentations, showcasing our portfolio and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring that creative concepts are executed flawlessly and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of technology and creativity in all projects.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Translate market insights into actionable strategies for product development and client engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Creative Arts, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the experiential marketing or tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital experiences, virtual reality, and interactive technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
