Job Description

The requirement is as follows:

  • Conduct a market analysis of monthly parking rates at comparable commercially operated parking facilities in the vicinity of the Carling Campus parking facility (3500 Carling Avenue).
  • Produce a professional report identifying the comparable parking facilities and provide details including type of parking, monthly rate, contact information for verification (i.e. telephone number), location and a map.
  • Indicate the independently appraised suggested monthly rate for Carling Campus parking facility, supported by the report, prepared by a person experienced in real estate.

Limitations:

  • Experience in real estate and appraisals (2 years +)
  • Comparable rates as of 1 Feb 2025 or later
  • The report needs to be completed no later than 25 March 2025 (earlier is better)

Purpose: To assist in Dispute Resolution process of market rate parking at Carling Campus parking facility (3500 Carling Avenue).
