Position: Aircraft Maintenance Manager - Bentonville, AR

Job Description & Requirements:

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring:
(1) all maintenance tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with FAA regulations and standards
(2) the maintenance team has the right skills, training, tools, and equipment to operate in a safe and efficient manner
(3) the accuracy of bid quotes
(4) positive, professional relationships are developed and maintained with current and prospective customers.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation management in corporate aircraft and air transport category, e.g., Boeing, specifically maintaining complex, large category, multi-engine, turbine-powered, fixed wing aircraft to include complex airframe modifications. Bachelor’s Degree is not required but preferred. A&P Mechanics license is required, and Inspection Authorization preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

A&P Mechanics license required, and Inspection Authorization preferred.
