Job Title: Content Manager

Summary: Our client is seeking a Global Content Manager to drive brand awareness and engage our customers, partners, employees and other stakeholders. This role will be responsible for the strategy, execution, optimization and development of all content. Key to this is consolidating the traditional written word with immersive, interactive content across a variety of mediums - video, animation, and beyond – truly developing a program that captivates their audiences and correlates into increased leads, brand penetration and revenue.

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual content plans / editorial calendars aligned with marketing initiatives and thought leadership themes.
  • Define and repackage messaging and content for public relations, internal communications, social media, demand generation, sales enablement and executive communications.
  • Personally create and/or manage vendors in the development of video, whitepapers, webinars, surveys, reports, blogs, infographics, animations, web content, press releases, paid and organic social media, case studies, decks, bylines and more.
  • Set, analyze, and present KPIs illustrating the affect of content on the bottom line
  • Collaborate with executives, field marketing, sales, product management, marketing operations, and more to develop content nuanced to each of their personas.
  • Manage the translation and localization of content and its distribution amongst various cultures and geographies.
  • Optimize content production processes using new tools and workflows such as AI

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of content experience, preferably with B2B technology
  • A bachelor's degree in English, marketing, communication, or journalism
  • Experiencing working collaboratively with cross-function global teams
  • A skilled storyteller, with examples of turning capable complex information into compelling narratives
  • Proven record and samples of engaging content that drives growth in sales, customer acquisition and retention
  • Deep knowledge of tools and resources to track and analyze results, including or related to Google Analytics, HubSpot, Pardot and more
