Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Consultant with expertise in materiel management, project management, and policy development. This remote, full-time role requires a Secret clearance and offers an initial contract of three years (750 days), with the possibility of two one-year extensions.

About you
To be considered, you will need:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in at least two of the following areas:
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Reliability
    • Quality Management
    • Integrated Logistics Support
    • Systems Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within a marine and/or naval environment.
  • Experience in developing policy instruments related to materiel management.
  • 2+ years conducting acquisition and sustainment activities for marine and/or naval platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent English communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, document findings, and support decision-making.

About the role
If hired, you will:

  • Provide business consulting expertise on materiel management, logistics, and project oversight.
  • Support marine and naval projects, ensuring best practices in procurement, sustainment, and supply chain management.
  • Develop and implement policy instruments to improve materiel management processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders across government, industry, and military sectors.
  • Conduct acquisition and sustainment activities for marine/naval assets.
  • Deliver strategic recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness.
