Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a remote basis. The office is located in Ottawa. About you
To be considered, you will need:

  • 6+ months of experience using the Shared Travel Services (STS) portal for employee travel arrangements.
  • 4+ months of experience using SAP to manage Purchase Requisitions, Service Entry Sheets, and Goods Receipts.
  • Familiarity with budget administration, expense monitoring, and reviewing expenditure requests.
  • Experience supporting contract coordination, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and coordinate administrative projects and assignments.
  • Proficiency in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Ability to manage documentation and records using SharePoint-based systems.
About the role
If hired, you will:
  • Coordinate administrative activities, including budget, accounting, and contracting support.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing budget information, monitoring expenditures, and processing travel and expense claims.
  • Review and support contracting documentation and processes.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Organize and participate in divisional meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items.
  • Manage division records using the Office’s SharePoint-based system.
